SOUTH NORFOLK BEARS

Blueprint for Equality Access Recreation and Support, affectionately known as the BEARS.

We meet between 11am and 3pm on the last monday of each month, except when it falls on a bank holiday, then it is the previous monday, Members providing their own lunch.

We are a small very friendly, self funding group of disabled people and carers, enjoying speakers, music, games and especially each others company.  A raffle is held each meeting, members providing prizes.

We would warmly welcome new members to join us.  The subscription is £6.00 per year, visitors £1.00.

Over 60′s Club

The Hempnall over 60′s club meet at the Hempnall Mill on alternate Wednesdays.

Activites include – Scrabble, cards, bingo etc.

There are outings to various places every month from April to August.

Come and make new friends, a very warm welcome will be given to all.

Books on Wheels !!

The WRVS supply a library service. 

A designated volunteer from the Long Stratton Library will visit people in their homes who have difficulty in attending the library or mobile library service.
